Hardtop Flexi

Hardtop Flexi is a highly flexible polyurethane finish coat, impact-resistant and designed for direct-to-metal application. Based on a special hybrid binder, Hardtop Flexi provides excellent flexibility, withstanding impacts and mechanical stresses. It can be used as a one-coat system applied directly to metal substrates in atmospheric corrosion classes C2 and C3 according to ISO 12944-2007, thanks to its corrosion-inhibiting pigments. Hardtop Flexi offers high sag resistance, high solids content, and excellent flow properties, allowing for thicker film builds – improving corrosion resistance compared to standard polyurethane coatings. Suitable for marine and industrial use, on both coated and carbon steel surfaces.
