Jotatemp 540 Zinc

Jotatemp 540 Zinc is a two-component inorganic zinc ethyl silicate coating reinforced with glass flakes. This product provides exceptional corrosion protection for areas exposed to high temperatures ranging from 120°C to 540°C. Combining corrosion resistance with a galvanic protection effect, Jotatemp 540 Zinc is the only zinc silicate coating on the market specifically designed for use in environments up to 540°C. The formulation is enhanced with adhesion-promoting additives to significantly reduce the risk of surface cracking during application. Additionally, it contains moisture-absorbing agents that improve curing performance at low temperatures and low relative humidity. This unique formula also extends shelf life to 12 months, reducing the risk of expired materials.
